Galileo Galilei, born in Pisa, Tuscany, on February 15th, 1564, was a pioneer of scientific inquiry, an astronomer, inventor, philosopher and writer.
The distinctive feature of the collection is the new Galileo Double Filler filling system, a Visconti exclusive patented filling mode dedicated to the scientist. The Galileo Double Filler, offers the same capacity as the historic Power Filler Double Reservoir patent, but provides an additional cover around the ink tank as well as a double closure system, with both screw and hook safe locks.
This novelty is also reflected in the unique design of the pen, which allows a dual functionality: the double stain-proof ink tank and the hook safe lock opening inspired by the historical Galilean telescopes. All this makes the new limited edition dedicated to Galileo Galilei unique, blending tradition and innovation together.
